This can create a dizzying and confusing environment for consumers, and is something that we aim to correct.
They are not all bad, though. While yes, some companies are lazy, careless, or downright dishonest, there are just as many that are trying to put out quality products to help people just like you reach their goals and take care of their bodies. That is why this curated list exists. There are real companies out there doing some really good work, and they deserve the credit. This catalog, however, is by no means an exhaustive list of quality supplements on the market.
You can rest assured that every product that you find on this catalog earned its place. In the past, I have competed for Team USA and was subject to random USADA drug testing. As an athlete, you are responsible for everything that goes into your body. Cross contamination of supplements hits the news every couple of years as some competitor is disqualified for failing a drug test, though in the vast majority of cases, it was unintentional cross contamination that was the culprit.
